I’m delighted to unveil Café Ségo, a project where Creative Visionaries partnered seamlessly with Watercolor Interiors (WME) to deliver a stunning design‑and‑build experience from concept to opening. This boutique café combines classical French charm with modern engineering to create an immersive dining environment.

Project Highlights:

• Design & Build Synergy: Our designers crafted a bespoke concept inspired by 18th‑century Parisian salons, while the WME construction team executed every detail—from ceilings to custom parquet floors.
• Complete Fit‑Out Works: Scope included engineered ceilings with coved lighting, luxury wallpaper, hand‑carved joinery from our workshop, and a special parquet‑pattern tiled floor.
• Imported Heritage Details: The client sourced unique antiques and decorative elements from France, which we integrated seamlessly into the build.
• MEP Excellence: In‑house specialists handled all mechanical, electrical and plumbing works—including ecology and FAHU installations for the kitchen—to ensure optimal functionality without compromising aesthetics.

The result is a one‑of‑a‑kind café that transports guests to a different era while delivering modern comfort. This project demonstrates our ability to transform ambitious concepts into reality through cohesive design, meticulous craftsmanship and technical expertise.
